Jaffer Business Systems is seeking an organized and results-oriented
Procurement Executive
to manage sourcing, vendor relations, and purchasing activities for goods and services. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, a good understanding of procurement processes, and the ability to ensure cost-effective purchasing without compromising quality or timelines.

This role involves coordinating with internal teams to understand requirements, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities


• Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers and vendors.


• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms to achieve cost savings and favorable agreements.


• Issue purchase orders and ensure timely procurement of goods and services.


• Maintain an up-to-date supplier database and procurement records.


• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment as required.


• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and industry trends.


• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and legal requirements.


• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure accurate billing and payment processes.


• Track order status and resolve any supply chain or delivery issues.


• Prepare procurement reports and updates for management review.

Required Qualifications & Skills


• 2–4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.


• Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.


• Knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and sourcing strategies.


• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with ERP or procurement software.


• Ability to manage multiple procurement projects and meet deadlines.


• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.


• Understanding of inventory management principles.


• Knowledge of import/export documentation is an advantage.


• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
