Job Title: Listing Integrity Analyst (Trust & Safety) – Property Verification

Location: Islamabad, Lahore, or Remote (Pakistan)

Company: Confidential – U.S.-based property technology firm expanding its Trust & Safety operations in Pakistan

About the Role

We are hiring Listing Integrity Analysts to support our Trust & Safety and Listing Verification operations.

This team ensures that property listings published through our platform are authentic, accurate, and comply with company standards.

You will review listings flagged by our automated system for potential risks (e.g., duplicate photos, ownership mismatches, or incomplete data).

This role offers an opportunity to work with an experienced U.S. team while operating during Pakistan daytime hours overlapping with U.S. daytime (approx. 6:00 PM–2:00 AM PKT).

All work is performed through secure company systems and training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Review property listings flagged by our automated tools and confirm ownership details, photos, and contact legitimacy.
• Detect potential fraud indicators or policy violations (duplicate listings, false ownership, prohibited language).
• Annotate each review with clear notes, screenshots, and supporting documentation.
• Follow detailed SOPs and quality checklists to maintain consistency and accuracy.
• Collaborate daily with U.S. Trust & Safety leads and QA specialists for feedback and updates.
• Meet productivity and accuracy targets as defined by your training phase.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (any discipline). Preference for backgrounds in Business, Finance, Risk, or Technology.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills — must be comfortable reading, writing, and documenting in English.
• Prior experience (1–3 years) in one or more of the following:
• Data review, moderation, or compliance work
• Trust & Safety or fraud detection (e.g., property listings, e-commerce, payments, or risk analysis)
• Customer operations for U.S., UK, or other English-speaking clients
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes accurately.
• Proficiency with basic online tools (Google Workspace, spreadsheets, web searches).

Preferred

• Experience working in international or cross-border business environments.
• Background in property management, real estate listing verification, or digital content moderation.
• Familiarity with risk or fraud indicators in online marketplaces.

Work Environment & Schedule

• Location: Candidates must reside in Pakistan (remote or hybrid options available).
• Schedule: 5 days/week, typically evening shift (PKT) overlapping U.S. business hours.
• All equipment must meet company security requirements (stable internet, secure device, 2FA-enabled access).
• Training provided by our U.S. Trust & Safety team.
