About the Role

As a Senior QA Engineer, you'll be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our web applications and APIs. You'll design and execute test strategies, automate workflows, and drive system integration testing. This role requires a mix of hands-on testing, automation expertise, and cross-team collaboration. You'll also provide guidance to junior QA engineers while ensuring best practices across testing and delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Perform functional, integration, and API testing for web-based applications.
  • Conduct data verification and analysis as part of system integration.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts using Selenium or Playwright.
  • Write and manage test cases using Zephyr, TestRail, or similar tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and remote teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior QA engineers.
  • Contribute to test planning, scripting, and execution phases.
  • Work independently while being a proactive contributor to the team.

What We Look For

  • 7+ years of experience in manual and automated testing.
  • Strong knowledge of system integration and data validation.
  • Hands-on experience with Selenium or Playwright.
  • Proficiency in Java or JavaScript for test automation.
  • Familiarity with Git for version control and CI/CD practices.
  • Strong knowledge of test management tools (Zephyr, TestRail, or similar).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
