Job Summary

XperLabs is a digital product and software development agency working with global clients to build high-performance web, mobile, and SaaS applications.

We're looking for a Senior QA Engineer with strong experience in manual and automated testing, test strategy planning, and bug tracking systems. The ideal candidate will ensure quality at every stage of the software development lifecycle and help maintain product stability across platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications.
  • Perform manual and automated testing using modern QA tools.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Trello).
  • Collaborate closely with developers and project managers to resolve issues.
  • Ensure software meets high-quality standards before deployment.
  • Continuously improve testing processes and automation coverage.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer (manual & automation).
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies, and Agile processes.
  • Hands-on experience with Selenium, Postman, JMeter, or similar tools.
  • Experience with API testing and database validation (SQL/PostgreSQL).
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
