Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), located in Karachi Division. The Assistant will manage a variety of executive and administrative tasks, including scheduling, planning, and providing day-to-day support to the CEO. Responsibilities include maintaining communication channels, preparing reports, managing office documentation, and ensuring overall administrative efficiency. The role requires strong organizational abilities and proactive problem-solving to support high-level decision-making effectively.
Qualifications
- Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Excellent Organization Skills and Time Management abilities
- Experience in Office Administration and administrative task coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Prior experience assisting C-level executives is a plus
