Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, based in the Karachi Division. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level executive administrative support, including managing the CEO's calendar, organizing and prioritizing tasks, handling confidential information, and preparing expense reports. The role also involves coordinating meetings, managing communication, and ensuring the efficient day-to-day operations of the CEO's office.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support.
  • Experience in managing Expense Reports and Diary (Calendar) Management.
  • Strong Administrative Assistance skills to ensure the smooth operation of executive-level activities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and scheduling software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in a similar role and familiarity with corporate environments is an advantage.
