We are looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and data-driven Social Media Manager who can manage multiple brand pages, create engaging content, run campaigns, and grow our social presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Threads, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

The ideal candidate must understand short-form content, influencer management, brand tone, and viral marketing—with a proven ability to grow pages organically and via paid strategies.

This role is perfect for someone who is active on social media, understands the UAE/GCC audience, and knows how to connect content with sales.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Content Creation & Scheduling

  • Plan monthly social media calendars for all brands.
  • Create engaging posts, stories, reels, and TikTok videos.
  • Write strong captions, CTAs, and brand-aligned content.
  • Maintain consistent brand voice across all platforms.
  • Schedule content using tools like Meta Planner, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.

Trend Research & Short-Form Content

  • Identify trending audio, styles, memes, and viral formats.
  • Brainstorm reel ideas and TikTok challenges for product marketing.
  • Create trend-based content that boosts organic reach.
  • Monitor competitors and industry trends regularly.

Influencer & Collaboration Management

  • Discover, shortlist, and manage influencers/creators weekly.
  • Negotiate rates, partnerships, and deliverables.
  • Track influencer performance, ROI, and campaign results.
  • Manage gifting campaigns, barter deals, and paid collaborations.

Community Engagement

  • Respond to comments, DMs, enquiries, and customer messages.
  • Engage with audience regularly to build brand personality.
  • Handle social media complaints with professionalism.

Strategy, Reporting & Analytics

  • Track growth: followers, engagement, reach, and conversions.
  • Improve strategies based on analytics using Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, etc.
  • Prepare weekly & monthly reports on performance.
  • Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams.

Use of AI Tools

  • ChatGPT for captions & content ideas
  • Canva AI / CapCut AI for video editing
  • TrendTok, Opus Clips, InVideo AI for quick content replication
  • Figma for branded post layouts

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2-3+ years experience in managing social media pages for brands.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook & YouTube algorithms.
  • Ability to create, edit, and conceptualize high-quality content.
  • Knowledge of basic video editing tools like CapCut / Premiere.
  • Creative mindset + ability to generate ideas fast.
  • Strong English writing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple brand accounts at once.
  • Familiar with UAE/GCC culture & audience preferences (preferred).
