Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Assistant Manager / Senior HR Generalist
to support our HR operations and drive people-focused initiatives. The ideal candidate will assist in managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance, and HR policies. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Support recruitment activities including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management.
  • Monitor and manage performance appraisal processes.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Coordinate employee engagement programs and training sessions.
  • Prepare HR reports, analyze trends, and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
