Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive located in Karachi Central District. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include communicating with clients, preparing reports, handling inquiries, and collaborating with other departments to ensure service delivery. The role also involves identifying opportunities for account growth, upselling services, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.

Qualifications

  • Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to prepare detailed and accurate reports
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Sales and Negotiation skills
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making skills
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Previous experience in Account Management or related role is preferred
