We're now looking for a Marketing Executive / Collaborations Officer to join our growing team — someone who's creative, confident, and passionate about connecting with people and building strong partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Promotions

Plan and execute creative marketing campaigns (digital + on-ground) to promote our services.

Manage social media promotions, ad campaigns, and content strategies.

Help design engaging posts, reels, and promotional materials in coordination with the design team.

Collaborations & Outreach

Build partnerships with universities, student societies, and influencers.

Represent Millennium Minds at education fairs, seminars, and networking events.

Approach schools, academies, and institutions for collaboration opportunities.

Strategy & Growth

Conduct market research to identify trends and competitors.

Contribute fresh ideas to increase brand awareness and student engagement.

Track and report performance of campaigns and partnerships.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Confident, outgoing, and proactive personality

Social media savvy and trend-aware

Experience in marketing, PR, or collaborations (preferred but not mandatory)
