Safe and Sound Engineering is a leading provider of fire alarm and firefighting equipment. We're seeking an experienced and organized Admin Officer/Coordinator to join our team
Job Summary:
We're looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Admin Officer/Coordinator to manage day-to-day administrative tasks, maintain office organization, and provide exceptional support to our team.
Requirements:
- Intermediate qualification (FA/FSc or equivalent); graduation preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in office administration
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with medium to advanced level skills in MS Excel
- Excellent email correspondence and phone handling skills
- Ability to organize and manage files (both hard and soft copies)
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Assist regional head and sales managers, respond to emails
- Handle phone calls (if required)
- Perform other office-related tasks as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs35, Rs45,000.00 per month
