Position Overview

MSS is seeking a Project Coordinator cum Typist (Urdu & English) to provide administrative, documentation, and coordination support to ongoing projects in Pakistan. The role requires excellent organizational skills, strong command over Urdu and English typing, and attention to detail in preparing reports, correspondence, and other official materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities.
  • Prepare official letters, reports, and documentation in Urdu and English.
  • Maintain proper filing systems (digital and physical) for all project records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for timely communication and updates.
  • Support data entry, meeting notes, and report compilation.
  • Provide administrative and logistical assistance for field activities, events, and training sessions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in project coordination or administrative support, preferably in the NGO/development sector.
  • Excellent Urdu and English typing skills (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to multitask effectively.
