Job Description

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies across multiple platforms, with a focus on increasing brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. You should have strong expertise in content creation, social media growth, influencer management, and analytics tracking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Instagram Growth & Management: Strategic content planning, audience targeting, optimized posting schedules, hashtag research, and community engagement.
  • Facebook/IG/Pinterest/YT Content Strategy: Plan and execute tailored campaigns, video content, and strategies to increase reach, followers, and engagement.
  • Social Media Management: Conduct audits, track analytics, analyze competitors, and apply engagement tactics to boost brand visibility.
  • Content Creation & Visual Branding: Create high-quality graphics and videos using Canva Pro for posts, reels, and stories.
  • Social Media Influencer & Campaign Management.
  • Community Management & Engagement across platforms.
  • Social Media Analytics & Performance Tracking with regular reporting.
  • Develop and manage strategies for organic follower and likes growth across Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube.
  • Plan and execute content calendars, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of proven experience in Social Media Marketing or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in Canva Pro or similar tools for content design.
  • Strong analytical skills to track performance and optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, creative thinking, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliver on deadlines.

Shift Timings: 9 AM – 6 PM (Mon to Fri)

Location: Karachi, Pakistan (Onsite – DHA Phase 8)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: 60k to 80k
