Encoders is looking for a Social Media Marketing Executive who is creative, passionate, and eager to grow in the field of digital marketing. The ideal candidate should have 3–6 months of hands-on experience in managing social media platforms and running paid campaigns. This role requires someone who can contribute fresh ideas, create engaging content, and help drive brand awareness and quality lead generation across international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google).
  • Create, plan, and schedule engaging posts to build audience engagement and brand visibility.
  • Run and optimize Meta Ads and other paid campaigns.
  • Monitor performance, analyze results, and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions professionally and promptly.
  • Research and implement new trends, strategies, and tools to enhance social media performance.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to align campaigns with overall business goals.
  • Assist in lead generation efforts for international audiences.

Requirements:

  • 3–6 months of relevant experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Shift Timings: 01:00 PM – 09:00 PM
