Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Create engaging content, including captions, stories, reels, and graphics (with design team support).
  • Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to enhance performance.
  • Track analytics and prepare performance reports.
  • Respond to comments, DMs, and customer queries professionally.
  • Coordinate with marketing, design, and retail teams for campaign execution.
  • Maintain brand voice and consistency across all digital channels.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience
    in social media management (retail/fashion industry preferred).
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva or Adobe tools (added advantage).
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and time management skills.
