Job Description:

We are seeking a talented
Video & Motion Graphics Designer
with a strong command of
Adobe After Effects
and
Adobe Photoshop
to bring visual concepts to life through engaging motion graphics, animations, and social media content. The ideal candidate will possess a strong aesthetic sense, technical expertise, and an understanding of digital trends to produce high-quality, on-brand visuals that captivate audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create
    visually engaging motion graphics, 2D animations, and short-form social media videos
    .
  • Design
    static and animated posts
    optimized for various digital platforms.
  • Utilize
    Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and video editing tools
    (Premiere Pro or CapCut) to craft professional content.
  • Incorporate
    visual effects, transitions, and typography animations
    to enhance storytelling.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to maintain a consistent brand identity.
  • Conduct
    trend research and competitor analysis
    to ensure creative work remains innovative and relevant.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum
    1.5 years of professional experience
    in video production, animation, or motion graphics.
  • Advanced proficiency
    in Adobe After Effects and Photoshop.
  • Hands-on experience with
    video editing software
    (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).
  • Strong
    aesthetic judgment
    , creative thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate brand messaging into visually appealing digital content.
  • Good understanding of
    social media formats, trends, and best practices
    .
  • Excellent
    time management, communication, and research skills
    .

Preferred Skills (Plus Point):

  • Familiarity with
