largest storage capacity at a prime location in Machikey, Sheikhupura and service stations across the nation. We're fulfilling our customer's energy needs through various products and while maintaining the highest levels of safety, security and quality standards. Our products range from petroleum to diesel, kerosene oil, ultra-furnace, super plus, as well as lubricant for which we've partnered up with the LOTOS Group of Poland.

Position Overview:

As we expand our operations, we are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Accountant to join our Finance team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring tax compliance and effective tax planning within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Accounting & Bookkeeping

· Record and reconcile daily sales, purchases, and inventory transactions of petroleum products.

· Maintain general ledger, sub-ledgers, and ensure accurate journal entries.

· Prepare and post vouchers related to bank, cash, and intercompany transactions.

  1. Accounts Payable & Receivable

· Manage vendor invoices, GRNs, and payment processing within credit terms.

· Follow up on customer receivables, reconcile customer ledgers, and ensure timely collections.

· Coordinate with supply chain and operations for invoice verifications.

  1. Taxation & Compliance

· Ensure proper recording and filing of GST, income tax, and WHT (Withholding Tax) deductions.

· Assist in preparation of tax returns and timely submission to relevant authorities.

· Maintain compliance with SECP and FBR regulations.

  1. Bank & Cash Management

· Daily reconciliation of bank accounts and fuel station cash flows.

· Monitor cash positions and support treasury functions.

  1. Inventory & Depot Accounting

· Track inventory movement (fuel, lubricants, etc.) from terminal to retail outlets.

· Reconcile inventory balances and depot closing reports with system records.

  1. Monthly Closings & Reporting

· Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.

· Prepare financial reports including trial balance, profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash flow.

· Support external and internal audit processes.

  1. ERP System Usage

· Operate financial modules of ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or customized OMC systems).

· Ensure data accuracy and process integrity in financial entries.

Qualifications and Requirements:

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.

· 1–3 years of accounting experience; prior experience in Oil & Gas or FMCG is a plus.
