Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Camp Supervisor, located in Lahore. The supervisor will coordinate and oversee the setup and implementation of free medical camps in rural areas. Key responsibilities include managing staff and volunteers, ensuring efficient operations, maintaining accurate records, and addressing any issues that arise during the camps. This role also involves providing guidance and support to team members, monitoring camp activities, maintaining compliance with policies, and ensuring a positive experience for both patients and staff. Collaboration and building rapport with various stakeholders, including NGOs, medical professionals, and organizations, will be an integral component of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory Skills and the ability to manage teams effectively
  • Experience in Recreation and organizing on-ground events or activities
  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service abilities to engage with diverse individuals and maintain positive relationships
  • Experience with Training staff and volunteers to ensure high-quality services
  • Proven organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work on-site, with flexibility to travel to rural areas for medical camps
  • Previous experience in healthcare or nonprofit sectors is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Management, Social Work, or a related field
