  • Maintain & Document the Eligibility, Authorization and referral Protocols for assigned clients.
  • Working on behalf of the patient to obtain or release authorizations.
  • performed daily tasks assigned on getting authorization for specialists, referral from primary care.
  • To maintain great coordination with front desk supervisor in regards to scheduling/re-scheduling/cancellation of appointments of patients.
  • Experience with cardiology and radiology practices is highly preferred.
