Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage 
    Meta (Facebook/Instagram) & Google Ads
     campaigns
  • Design and execute high-converting 
    paid campaigns
  • Plan and implement comprehensive social media strategies
  • Conduct A/B testing
     for creatives and landing pages
  • Optimize campaigns through 
    funnel structuring
     and 
    targeting
  • Analyze campaign performance with a data-driven approach

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years
     of hands-on experience with Meta & Google Ads
  • Strong understanding of 
    ad targeting, funnels
    , and 
    campaign structures
  • Experience with A/B testing
     and performance optimization
  • Excellent skills in 
    analytics interpretation
  • Proficiency in social media management
