Business Development Executive – Real Estate (On-Site, Full-Time)
Location: DHA Phase 8, Broadway Commercial, Lahore
Timings: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Company Overview:
Century Properties is a dynamic real estate marketing and sales company based in Lahore. We are working with premium projects including Etihad Town, New City Paradise, DHA, Tower 21, Tower 101, Smart City, and more.
We are expanding our team and looking for motivated Business Development Executives who are eager to grow their career in real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with hot leads provided daily through social media marketing.
- Make outbound calls, follow up with clients, and build long-term relationships.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings and site visits.
- Present project details and investment opportunities effectively.
- Attempt to close deals directly; if required, coordinate with senior closers.
- Maintain records of interactions and sales progress using the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly sales targets with full support from the management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred, but not mandatory).
- 1–2 years of experience in sales (real estate experience is a plus, but not required).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.

- Ability to work on-site full-time.
