PostEx is a hybrid receivables factoring solution and courier service that pays invoice values upfront to E-commerce companies offering Cash on Delivery as a payment method. We aim to make access to capital smooth and instantaneous by modernizing conventional logistics with instant and upfront payments. Our mission is to transform traditional logistics into a seamless and efficient delivery service.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hub Manager, located in Islamabad, Pakistan. The Hub Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily hub operations, managing staff, coordinating with delivery teams, and ensuring timely dispatch and delivery of packages. The role also involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, maintaining inventory records, and optimizing hub performance. The Hub Manager will ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in logistics management, supply chain management, or operations management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in using logistics software and other relevant tools
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Experience in the E-commerce or courier industry is a plus
