Marketing Performance Specialist
to scale client campaigns, optimize search visibility, and deliver exceptional outcomes.

Position Overview

The
Marketing Performance Specialist

will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across
Google Ads, SEO, PPC, and social media platforms
. The role requires a strong balance of technical expertise and creative strategy, with the ability to improve both
organic and paid search performance
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and optimize
    Google Ads campaigns
    (Search, Display, Video, Remarketing)
  • Lead
    SEO strategy,
    including keyword research, on-page optimization, backlink building, and technical SEO improvements
  • Plan and execute
    Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn Ads
    to generate leads and engagement
  • Conduct detailed keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and bidding optimization
  • Manage and monitor
    SEO performance metrics
    (rankings, traffic, CTR, domain authority)
  • Design and run
    email marketing campaigns
    using tools like Mailchimp or Zoho Campaigns
  • Integrate and track campaigns via
    GTM, Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Pixel
  • Collaborate with content and design teams for
    SEO-friendly creatives and optimized landing pages
  • Provide
    performance reports
    with actionable insights for both SEO & PPC campaigns
  • Stay up to date with algorithm updates, SEO trends, and new paid media strategies
  • Share
    past campaign SEO & PPC results
    during the hiring process
  • Undertake any additional tasks assigned by management

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in
    SEO, PPC, and digital advertising
  • Advanced knowledge of
    Google Ads, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz), and Analytics
  • Proven expertise in
    Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Strong understanding of
    on-page/off-page SEO and technical SEO
  • Experience with email marketing tools and campaign automation
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to ROI
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Portfolio/examples of
    SEO & PPC campaign success
    must be provided

Preferred Skills (Plus Point)

  • Experience with
    Zoho Marketing Suite
    or other CRM-integrated platforms
  • Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint Certification
  • Advanced knowledge of
    landing page optimization & CRO
