Walee Technologies is seeking a proactive and analytical
Business Analyst
to act as the communication bridge between the
business stakeholders
and
technical teams
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating business needs into clear technical requirements, ensuring alignment between business goals and technology deliverables, and driving successful feature delivery.

This role serves as the
single point of contact (POC)
between all technology teams and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clarity, accountability, and progress visibility throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the
    primary liaison
    between business stakeholders and technology teams.
  • Gather, analyze, and document
    detailed business and technical requirements through discussions, workshops, and user stories.
  • Translate business objectives
    and customer needs into clear, actionable, and testable technical specifications.
  • Ensure that all requirements are
    well-understood, prioritized, and feasible
    before handoff to development.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies
    including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review meetings to maintain alignment between business priorities and delivery timelines.
  • Work closely with the
    Product Manager
    to contribute to roadmap planning and define measurable success criteria for new features.
  • Analyze existing business processes
    and identify areas for automation, optimization, or system improvements.
  • Ensure deliverables meet
    business expectations
    in terms of functionality, usability, and performance (including mobile responsiveness).
  • Proactively track project progress, highlight potential risks, and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Create and maintain documentation such as BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
  • Support
    UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
    and coordinate feedback between business and tech teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Computer Science
    ,
    Software Engineering
    ,
    Information Systems
    , or a related field.
  • 3–5 years
    of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst within a technology-driven environment.
  • Proven ability to work in
    cross-functional teams
    and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong
    analytical
    ,
    documentation
    , and
    problem-solving
    skills with high attention to detail.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as
    JIRA
    ,
    Confluence
    , or similar project tracking/documentation tools.
  • Familiarity with
    Agile/Scrum methodologies
    and experience working in iterative software development environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience in
    mobile or web-based product development
    .
  • Exposure to
    UI/UX collaboration
    , API-based systems, or data-driven products.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
