About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned and analytical Business Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be the critical link between our clients and our technical teams, ensuring that project solutions are aligned with business needs and deliver maximum value. You will be responsible for defining project scope, gathering requirements, and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Your expertise will be key to helping us deliver successful projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Elicitation & Analysis:

Lead workshops, interviews, and other sessions to expertly gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements. You will be responsible for translating high-level client needs into detailed, actionable specifications.
- Documentation:

Create clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents (BRD), functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
- Process Optimization:

Analyze and document current ("as-is") business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Define future ("to-be") processes to optimize workflows and system usage.
- Liaison & Communication:

Act as the primary point of contact between clients, project managers, designers, and developers. You will translate technical information into clear business language and vice versa, ensuring all parties are aligned.
- Scope Management:

Work closely with the project manager to define and manage the project scope, helping to prevent scope creep and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Quality Assurance & Testing:

Collaborate with the QA team to create test plans and cases. Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the final solution meets all specified requirements and stakeholder expectations.
- Problem-Solving & Risk Mitigation:

Proactively identify potential issues, risks, and roadblocks. Propose effective, data-driven solutions to keep projects on track.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Experience:

At least 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a project-based or agency environment.
- Analytical Skills:

Exceptional ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and derive actionable insights.
- Communication:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and confidently to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Technical Acumen:

  • Proficiency with project management and agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
  • Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
  • Experience with process modeling and wireframing tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Balsamiq).

Soft Skills:
