Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and collaborate with a team of graphic designers and web developers to deliver high-quality digital assets.
  • Brainstorm and contribute fresh, innovative ideas for multimedia content and marketing campaigns.
  • Provide editorial and creative direction to ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Research, write, edit, and proofread content for newsletters, websites, blogs, and social media.
  • Create compelling headlines and body copy tailored to the target audience.
  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid online advertising campaigns across various digital channels.
  • Develop engaging written and visual content to support social media marketing efforts.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using key metrics to inform future strategies.
  • Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns and track performance to improve engagement.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Hands-on experience with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and content management.
  • Relevant certifications in marketing or content creation are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Canva is a plus.
  • Excellent proficiency in English (speaking, listening, and writing).

Pay: Rs100, Rs150,000.00 per month
