Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Digital Marketing Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate digital marketing activities for our e-commerce stores. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in social media marketing, email marketing, and cross-functional team coordination to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns and store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage day-to-day digital marketing activities for assigned e-commerce projects.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize social media marketing strategies across platforms (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Manage and monitor email marketing campaigns, including content scheduling, segmentation, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (designers, content creators, performance marketers, developers) to ensure timely campaign execution.
  • Track KPIs and generate performance reports for ongoing marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all digital touchpoints.
  • Stay updated with digital trends, e-commerce strategies, and industry best practices.
  • Support marketing operations including influencer coordination, product launches, and promotional campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing coordination, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing, email marketing tools, and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce).
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with tools like ClickUp or other project management platforms is a plus.
