Job Title: Branch Manager (Sales)

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager (Sales) to lead our visa consultancy branch and drive revenue growth through effective team leadership and strategic sales execution. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a solid background in visa and immigration sales, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day branch operations, managing a team of sales consultants, and achieving ambitious sales targets across key destinations, including the Schengen Zone, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE, and others covering Visit, Study, Work, and Immigration Visas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly branch sales targets.
  • Supervise branch operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement branch-level sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Personally engage with high-potential clients and key accounts to close deals and provide strategic visa guidance.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies to meet KPIs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international visa and immigration regulations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely use of the CRM system to track leads, conversions, and client follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with documentation, processing, and support teams to ensure smooth application handling.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance performance and professional development.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on branch performance to senior management.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in visa sales, immigration consultancy, or a related industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team management role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.
  • Proven ability to drive sales, meet targets, and lead by example.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Fluent in English and Urdu; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.
