Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Islāmābād, Pakistan. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all operations at the branch, including staff supervision, customer service, and sales performance. Typical day-to-day tasks include setting and achieving financial goals, developing and implementing branch policies, managing budgets, training employees, addressing customer issues and ensuring branch compliance with company standards and local regulations.
Requirements
Mandatory
: Must have prior experience in the dessert industry, specifically the ice cream sector.
•Hands-on knowledge of soft swirls, Sweet Creme, or Icicles operations will be considered a strong plus.
•Proven track record in managing café or dessert shop operations.
•Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer delight.
