Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

Product Categorization and Onboarding:

  • Manage the onboarding of products into PIM systems by product categories and internal product groupings.
  • Build and update the sales catalog in alignment with the seasonal floor sets.

Content Management:

  • Collect and track product content from copywriters and photo studios to ensure consistency and accuracy on the website.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Investigate and resolve any product-related issues (e.g., customer service, distribution, and quality concerns).

Product and Site Maintenance:

  • Ensure that product details (images, titles, prices, colors, etc.) are accurately reflected on the website.
  • Monitor the website daily to ensure product availability and fix any discrepancies or issues that arise.

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with different levels of management, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent Organizational Skills: Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage projects effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: A meticulous focus on product accuracy and consistency.
  • Proactive and Ownership-Oriented: Takes initiative and ensures all tasks are completed on time.
  • Computer Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to navigate e-commerce platforms and systems effectively.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • 3 years of work experience in e-commerce or omni-channel retail roles
