HR Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will support HR operations, enhance employee experience, and contribute to strengthening our organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Support employee engagement, performance management & training
  • Handle employee relations and HR policy implementation
  • Assist in payroll coordination and HR compliance
  • Organize HR initiatives and internal communication

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR / Business Administration or related field
  • 1–3 years of HR experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws & HR software
  • Ability to multitask and handle confidential information
