Hiring for HR Executive / Technical Recruiter - Karachi
About the company:
A leading Software agency in Karachi.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Executive. The HR will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring employees; planning and coordinating employee training and development programs; administering employee benefits and compensation programs; and ensuring compliance with legal and company policies,will also be responsible for managing employee relations, guiding managers on HR policies and best practices, and handling employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
Requirements :
-Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements
-Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring employees related to MERN Stack.
-Experience in planning and coordinating employee training and development programs
-Ability to handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions
-Have past experience of taking ownership & managing the Admin person
-Knowledge of Pakistani labor laws and regulations
Other Details:
Full-time (Mon-Fri - 11am-8pm)
Experience: 2 year
Education: BBA in HR
Salary: Market Competitive
