Your Role in Our Mission As an Assistant Manager – Recruiting, you'll be more than a recruiter. You'll be a strategic partner to our hiring managers, a guide for candidates, and an ambassador of our culture. You'll own the full cycle of recruitment while also shaping processes, mentoring others, and ensuring we deliver a best-in-class candidate experience. You get to collaborate on:
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and craft effective strategies.
  • Own end-to-end recruitment across roles and functions, from sourcing to offer.
  • Lead candidate evaluation: review applications, conduct phone screens, and deliver strong shortlists.
  • Manage and optimize Lever/ATS operations, ensuring data accuracy and insights-driven reporting.
  • Coach and support junior team members in recruitment best practices.
  • Coordinate national and international interview processes with precision and care.
  • Ensure candidates experience Enveda's warmth, respect, and inclusivity at every touchpoint.
  • Maintain compliance and high-quality records across all recruitment activities.
