We are seeking a talented Figma Specialist with 2–3 years of proven experience in both UI and UX design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and highly functional user interfaces while also ensuring seamless and engaging user experiences. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design digital products that align with our brand and user needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and prototype user-friendly interfaces in Figma for web and mobile applications.
  • Conduct user research, wireframing, and user flows to translate requirements into effective design solutions.
  • Create responsive, pixel-perfect UI components that align with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
  • Conduct UX testing and gather feedback to improve usability and overall experience.
  • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and design systems.
  • Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining creativity and quality.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency across products.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in UI/UX design with strong expertise in Figma.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects done in Figma.
  • Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and design systems.
  • Familiarity with UX research methodologies and usability testing.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60, Rs80,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Islamabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
