We are expanding our content team and looking for a passionate and knowledgeable YouTube Script Writer for our growing Boxing Channel. This role offers a unique opportunity to create engaging video scripts that captivate a global audience of boxing fans.

Position Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented script writer with a strong passion for boxing. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the sport's history, legendary fighters, rivalries, and current events. You will be responsible for crafting compelling YouTube video scripts that inform, entertain, and engage our audience.

This is a full-time, remote position. However, candidates must be based in or willing to commute occasionally to our office in Satellite Town, Rawalpindi for meetings or collaborative sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research a wide range of boxing topics, including fighters, rivalries, iconic matches, and historical milestones
  • Write well-structured, informative, and engaging scripts tailored for YouTube video content
  • Use storytelling techniques to craft compelling narratives that appeal to both casual fans and hardcore boxing enthusiasts
  • Ensure scripts include factual accuracy, statistics, and real-life accounts presented in a captivating manner
  • Stay up to date with current trends, major fights, rising stars, and controversies in the boxing world
  • Collaborate with the video production team to ensure alignment between the script, visuals, and overall tone of the content
  • Meet deadlines and adapt content based on feedback

Requirements:

  • Must be a graduate (students currently pursuing degrees are not eligible)
  • No specific degree required, but background in Creative Writing, Media, Communications, Sports Journalism, or related fields is a plus
  • A strong passion for boxing and an in-depth understanding of the sport's history and current landscape
  • Excellent research and writing skills, with a flair for storytelling
  • Ability to transform raw information into engaging, audience-friendly content
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
  • Must be based in or willing to occasionally visit Satellite Town, Rawalpindi
