Role Overview:

As a YouTube Channel Growth Specialist (Night Shift), you will manage the optimization of YouTube channels, increasing visibility, engagement, and growth for international audiences. You will employ YouTube SEO strategies, A/B testing, and cutting-edge tools like TubeBuddy and vidIQ to enhance YouTube content performance. You'll also work on improving metadata and boosting the channel's CTR, views, and engagement through strategic changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize YouTube content (titles, descriptions, tags, chapters) for discoverability and CTR (Click-Through Rate).
  • Conduct A/B testing of titles, thumbnails, and CTAs to increase CTR and engagement metrics.
  • Work with the team to create engaging content and manage the YouTube SEO pipeline.
  • Optimize end-to-end metadata for channel growth, and work with junior editors to ensure metadata readiness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven YouTube growth strategies.
  • Stay updated with YouTube algorithm updates, SEO tactics, and metadata strategies.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with YouTube SEO, channel growth, and YouTube tools (TubeBuddy, vidIQ).
  • Experience with A/B testing for optimization and data-driven decision-making.
  • Comfortable with YouTube Studio and Google Analytics (GA4) for growth tracking.
  • Ability to manage YouTube SEO tools and create insights-driven strategies to maximize exposure.
  • Must be available for on-site night shifts (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM PKT, Mon-Sat).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
