ABS International (Gulshan-e-Iqbal) is hiring a data-driven YouTube Growth Specialist to join our Digital Marketing Pod.

We are not looking for someone to just "upload videos." We are looking for a Strategist who understands the YouTube Algorithm, CTR psychology, and how to use data to blow up channel growth for our US clients.

Compensation & Benefits:

The Mission (What You Will Own):

  • Algorithm Hacking: Optimize titles, descriptions, and tags to trigger the YouTube recommendation algorithm.
  • CTR Psychology: A/B test Thumbnail concepts and Titles to maximize Click-Through Rates.
  • Data Analysis: Use YouTube Studio & GA4 to analyze audience retention (drop-off points) and provide actionable feedback to editors.
  • Keyword Strategy: execute high-volume keyword research using vidIQ/TubeBuddy.
  • Library Growth: Revive old content with updated SEO strategies (Evergreen optimization).

Must-Haves (The Requirements):

  • Experience: 2+ Years managing YouTube Channels (Personal or Professional).
  • Tool Stack: Deep familiarity with TubeBuddy, vidIQ, or YouTube Studio Analytics.
  • The Eye: Ability to look at a Thumbnail and know why people will click (or ignore) it.
  • Availability: Committed to Night Shift (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
