Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced
Manager – US Business Compliance
to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that our US-based operations and client engagements fully comply with federal, state, and industry regulations. This position requires strong knowledge of US compliance frameworks, regulatory reporting, and risk management practices. The role is onsite and strictly during night shifts to align with US business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee compliance programs, policies, and procedures for US business operations.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to US federal and state regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct compliance audits, assessments, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to address compliance gaps and risks.
  • Provide strategic compliance guidance to leadership and project teams.
  • Stay updated with changes in US regulatory frameworks and ensure timely implementation.
  • Develop compliance training and awareness programs for employees.
  • Liaise with external auditors, regulators, and legal counsel when required.

Requirements

  • Education: Master's degree (mandatory).
  • Experience: Minimum of 07 years of proven experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs with a strong focus on US markets.
  • In-depth knowledge of US compliance regulations, corporate governance, and industry standards.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work onsite during night shifts only.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
