US Accountant

Business Lounge is looking for a skilled US Accountant with hands-on experience in Xero software. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of US accounting standards, reconciliations, and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting operations using Xero.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with US accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Generate financial reports and assist management with budgeting and forecasting.
- Support audits and liaise with external stakeholders when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in US accounting.
- Proficiency in Xero accounting software is a must.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and tax requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Timings: Night shift (aligned with US hours).
Location: Clifton Block 5, Park Towers, Karachi.
