About the role

Be the bridge between clients and a 5-dev team. You'll turn client needs into clear tasks, keep work flowing in Jira/Kanban, write simple docs, and ship on time—someone who truly gets the work done.

What you'll do

-Turn client goals into user stories, specs, and acceptance criteria; keep the backlog tidy in Jira and run Kanban/Scrum rituals.

-Assign work, timebox tasks, remove blockers, and keep delivery predictable; track basic delivery metrics.

-Write concise docs for clients (roadmaps, SOWs) and for developers (design notes, API specs, runbooks).

-Oversee day-to-day execution: PR flow, CI/CD basics, releases, UAT, and sign-off.

-Stay current on Solana (programs, accounts/PDAs, Anchor/SPL), DeFi patterns (AMMs, DEXes, launchpads), trading tools, AI agents, and social/analytics apps.

-Use AI tools (ChatGPT incl. Deep Research, Claude, Gemini) to draft specs, summarize notes, design test cases, and speed up delivery.

-Own client comms—set expectations, give crisp weekly updates, surface risks early, and turn feedback into tickets.

What you'll bring

-3 years in a Technical PM/EM/TPM role shipping software, with hands-on Solana exposure.

-Can read basic code (Rust/TypeScript/Python) and review at a high level; strong with Git/GitHub and version control.

-Confident with Jira/Kanban and translating client language into dev-ready tasks.

-Excellent communication in English and Urdu—clear writing, structured thinking, strong client presence.

-Bias to action: organize chaos, prioritize well, and ship in small, steady increments.

Nice to have:

-Experience with trading bots/agents, MEV-aware design, analytics (Dune/Flipside), or basic security/audit practices.

-Familiarity with GitHub Actions, Docker, simple observability (logs/alerts), and incident coordination.

-Startup/agency background managing multiple projects and stakeholders.

Tools you'll use

-Jira, GitHub, Notion/Confluence, Postman, Slack/Discord, RPC providers, Dune/Flipside, plus AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini).

What success looks like (first 90 days)

-Clean, prioritized backlog; every task has an owner and acceptance criteria.

-Shorter cycle times and predictable releases.

-Calm, boring (in a good way) weekly client updates with visible progress.

-Up-to-date developer docs and runbooks that people actually use.
