BoltConnect is a fast-growing company that trades new and used smartphones B2B across Europe. We serve recurring shop owners who place repeat orders every 10–15 days. Our success comes from speed, transparency, and building long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities
Prospect & Engage:
Use WhatsApp as the primary channel to reach out to existing accounts and new leads. Qualify needs, timing, and budget using proven sales frameworks (BANT/SPIN).
Sell, Upsell, and Cross-sell:
Present available stock, negotiate terms, close deals, and increase order value by recommending relevant accessories or models.
Offer Alternatives:
When a requested SKU is unavailable, suggest suitable substitutes from current inventory to avoid losing the sale.
Follow-up Cadence:
Maintain a consistent follow-up rhythm (1-day / 7-day / 10-day) to secure reorders. Ensure every interaction ends with a clear next step.
Pipeline & CRM Management:
Record notes, objections, pricing, and next actions. Keep dashboards and sales stages accurate for reliable reporting.
Customer Experience:
Deliver a consultative, solution-oriented, and trustworthy approach while safeguarding company margins.
Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with logistics on ETAs, pricing on offers, and finance on payment confirmations.
Market Intelligence:
Monitor competitor pricing, customer feedback, and demand trends to refine sales strategy.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Conversion rate from conversations to orders
Reorder rate and reorder cycle time
Average Order Value and upsell attach rate
Follow-up compliance (% of deals with next step)
New accounts opened and revenue growth from existing accounts
Requirements
2–3+ years of B2B inside sales or account management (distribution/wholesale preferred)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Demonstrated ability to close deals via chat or phone (with references or track record)
Strong skills in objection handling, discovery, and negotiation
Proficiency with CRM systems (Odoo, HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive) and WhatsApp Business
Clear written and spoken English (Italian is a plus)
High integrity, resilience, growth mindset, and ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
Knowledge of smartphones/electronics
Understanding of EU compliance basics
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Apollo
