Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Tele sales Officer to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients through phone calls, offering our products or services, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and sell the company's products/services.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent relationship with existing clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly basis.
- Maintain an updated database of customer information and interactions in the company CRM system.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries or complaints efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies.
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Prepare and present periodic reports on tele sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a tele sales representative or in a similar sales/customer service role (1-2 years).
- Ability to learn about products/services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the capacity to resolve issues and address complaints.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Results-driven with an innovative approach to achieving success.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in sales, marketing or related field is a plus.
- Proficient in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Competence in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Previous experience with a sales-oriented CRM tool.
