Position Overview

The Facility Supervisor will act as the second-in-command to the Facility Manager, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires a responsible and hands-on individual who can maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, supervise ground staff, and serve as the communication bridge between management and team members. On-site accommodation in the staff room is provided.

Key Responsibilities


• Support the Facility Manager in overseeing daily operations of the entire facility.


• Ensure all courts, reception, café areas, bathrooms, and outdoor spaces remain clean, organized, and presentable.


• Supervise padel ball boys, receptionists, cleaners, and other staff to ensure discipline, punctuality, and efficiency.


• Act as the link between staff and management, passing on instructions and ensuring they are carried out properly.


• Resolve small guest concerns on the spot with courtesy and escalate major issues to the Facility Manager.


• Assist with staff scheduling, shift coverage, and basic operational reporting.


• Take charge of operations during the Facility Manager's absence.

Requirements


• Previous supervisory experience (hospitality, gyms, sports clubs, or service industry preferred).


• Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and attention to detail.


• Confident communicator with the ability to manage staff and interact with customers.


• Must be willing to reside in the on-site staff accommodation.


• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and peak activity times.
