Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Islamabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing client portfolios, generating leads, conducting market research, and closing sales deals. Day-to-day tasks include contacting potential clients, providing property information, arranging and conducting site visits, and negotiating terms of sale. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct market research and analysis
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
- Experience in real estate is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
