Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Factory Manager based in Rawat. The Factory Manager will oversee and manage daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production processes and compliance with quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include planning production activities, coordinating with teams to ensure operational efficiency, implementing quality control measures, and managing overall factory operations to meet deadlines and goals.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Production Planning and Production Management
  • Strong skills in Quality Control to maintain compliance with standards
  • Proficiency in Operations Management and Manufacturing Operations
  • Leadership ability to manage teams and ensure productivity
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to address production challenges
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred
  • Experience in managing manufacturing units, especially in the plastic or tableware industry, is an advantage
  • Commitment to meeting deadlines while maintaining quality and safety standards
