IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Responsible for end-to-end private cloud documentation and governance, including High-Level and Low-Level Designs (HLD/LLD) for compute platforms (VMware/Hyper-V), storage (SAN, NAS, Object), backup/DR, and OpenShift clusters. Developed and maintained SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge articles, while managing Change Requests (CRs), implementation plans, and Post-Implementation Reviews (PIRs). Led incident, problem management, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reporting, along with access control governance covering ACLs, privileged access approvals, and segregation-of-duties matrices. Prepared audit evidence packs, exception waivers, compliance deviation reports, maintained license inventories, and managed support contracts, SLAs, SOWs, OEM TAC case logs, and warranty/end-of-support roadmaps. Delivered monthly availability, capacity, and KPI reporting to ensure operational transparency and compliance.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

  • Administration, management, and operations of nationwide PTCLGroup Private Cloud Infrastructure on a 24/7 basis and ensure the availability of cloud infrastructure according to the agreed SLAs with internal customers.
  • Timely completion of all assigned Cloud Operations-related project tasks and routine operational tasks as per the given targeted timelines.
  • Ensure E2E facilitation and extend support to all internal and external audit teams, certification, and regulatory authorities.
  • Ensure SLA adherence, service reviews, TAC case management & contract/license hygiene
  • Identify, prepare, and share the regular KPI Reports of Cloud Infrastructure(i.e., Capacity, Performance, Availability, Security Conformance, etc.). Also, share these regular reports with the respective LMs, IT management, and Business Teams, and timely highlight the issues/challenges for early resolution.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification & Experience:

  • BSc (Computer Science / Computer Engineering) from a reputable and recognized university.
