Role Description

Position: Call Centre Executive

Location: Islamabad

Job Summary:

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Call Centre Executive located in Islamabad. The Candidate will engage with potential and existing clients to identify their needs and offer tailored solutions. Daily tasks will include contacting leads, managing customer accounts, providing exceptional customer service, delivering product presentations, and achieving sales targets. The specialist will work in close collaboration with the sales and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Strong skills in Sales and Communication to effectively pitch products and interact with clients
  • Experience in Customer Service and Support, ensuring client inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally
  • Ability to conduct Training for clients on solutions and maintain positive client relationships
  • Proficiency in target-driven environments with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Proficient in the use of relevant sales software and CRM tools
  • Strong problem-solving and organisational abilities
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in a telesales or similar role is highly desirable
