Your Mission

As a Business Development Executive, you will identify high-potential opportunities, nurture client relationships, and convert leads into long-term partnerships. You are a growth catalyst helping 9Xero scale strategically.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Develop proposals, pitch presentations, and strategies to win clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the Account Manager and Sales Coordinator to ensure seamless client onboarding Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to enhance business development and revenue strategies.

Key KPIs (Performance Metrics)

  • Lead Generation: Number of qualified leads generated per month (e.g., 20–30).
  • Meetings & Demos: Number of client meetings or product demos arranged.
  • Conversion Rate: Percentage of leads converted into paying clients.
  • Revenue Growth: Contribution to monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Client Retention: Engagement in building long-term client relationships.
  • Proposal Success Rate: Number of proposals sent vs. deals won.
  • Pipeline Management: Accuracy and timeliness of CRM updates.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and client-facing experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM.
