Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
HR Intern
to support our Human Resources department in day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or final-year students looking to gain
hands-on HR experience
in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the talent scout
    Help post jobs, screen CVs, and schedule interviews.
  • Welcome onboarders
    Assist with onboarding and orientation to make new hires feel at home.
  • Keep things organized
    – update employee records and manage HR files like a pro.
  • Add the fun factor
    – help plan employee engagement activities and training events.
  • Be the go-to helper
    – respond to HR queries and support day-to-day operations.
  • Stay on top of the numbers
    – assist with attendance and leave tracking.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the HR team.

Requirement

  • Bachelor/Master's degree in
    Human Resources, Business Administration
    , or related field
  • Knowledge and skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Proficiency in
    MS Office
    (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle
    confidential information
    with professionalism.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
  • Experience with HR software tools is a plus
