Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources department and provide support in various HR functions. This internship will help you gain hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement while developing essential skills for your professional career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
  • Maintain and update employee records (attendance, personal files, etc.).
  • Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
  • Assist in drafting HR letters, memos, and notices.
  • Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
  • Support in preparing HR reports and documentation.
  • Perform other administrative and HR-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Eager to learn and grow in the HR field.
